At Sports Excellence, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
